CI Asset Holdings negotiates and structures the acquisition of residential, multi-family, and land real estate on behalf of trusted capital and acquisition partners, and offers homeowners facing foreclosure a confidential, alternative path forward. We are not a law firm, mortgage servicer, lender, real estate brokerage, or HUD-approved housing counseling agency.
Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or credit advice, and no attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Site or submission of an inquiry. If you are facing foreclosure, you may also contact a HUD-approved housing counselor at no cost via hud.gov.
